Lead specialist production engineer

My workday starts with a morning meeting with colleagues from production sector, followed by a meeting with the team leader. During the day I work on solving current problems, preparing documentation for the next stages and changes that may occur in production.

I spend my break with my colleagues at the company restaurant, because the modern environment makes me feel comfortable. I finish the workday on the dot, at 4 pm. Having  the second part of the day free for myself to pursue hobbies and sports activities, such as basketball and tennis is what keeps me motivated at work.

LEONI granted me with the first opportunity to build career in my profession. Like most men, I love the automotive industry, and I am especially glad that we are working for such a renowned customer as Mercedes.

What I value the most is the team that I work with, because it consists of a lot of young and ambitious people, and I like that we have a developed team spirit. I am grateful that I had the support from colleagues from other locations in Serbia, as well as colleagues from other countries.

Our team is comprised of highly experienced engineers, who support each other. However, what I deem even more important is the pleasant atmosphere in the team which we created. At work, I made a lot of friends with whom I hang out outside of work as well, we spend our free time and vacations together.

I associate LEONI with challenges, teamwork and perspective.
